What is Reiki?
Reiki is an energy healing practice that is used to bring balance to the body. Through light touch to the body in different hand positions all the major chakras (energy centers), as well as organs are addressed.
A Reiki practitioner is a conduit or channel for the lifeforce energy which flows through all of us. This energy channeled through the Reiki practitioner helps to balance, heal and clear stagnant or “stuck” energy. Reiki is used in many medical centers in the country and around the world. It is a very gentle and peaceful energy yet has the ability to clear blocked energy patterns, emotions, aid in pain management and healing of all kinds.
Reiki is ideal for balancing and clearing the energy field and chakras. There is an unseen “life force energy” that flows through us and around us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low or unbalanced, then we are more likely to get sick, feel off, anxious, and not ourselves. If our energy is high and balanced, we are more capable of being happy and healthy and our authentic self.
Most clients report a deep sense of peace and relaxation during a treatment and many transition from an awakened state to a deep slumber. The benefits of your session may happen during the treatment as lodged energy is moved out, but since Reiki works at the causal level of issues, it may unfold or reveal itself gradually in the following week(s). The most beautiful part is that often times the discordant energy is instantly transmuted and moved out of the patient’s body and energy field and replaced with a feeling of lightness and peace and overall well-being.

What do you recommend I wear for a treatment?
What will Reiki feel like?
Most clients report a deep sense of peace and relaxation during a treatment. Reiki can often physically feel like heat or tingling as well.
Long Distance/Remote Reiki
Long distance Reiki, also called Remote Reiki, is a practice where a Reiki practitioner is able to send healing energy to a recipient who is not physically present. The core principal is that all living beings are made of energy and can be connected through thought and intention, regardless of physical distance. A specific distance Reiki symbol is also utilized to focus the energy.
Similar to in person Reiki, recipients may experience relaxation, warmth, tingling, stress reduction, relaxation, emotional release, and potential healing benefits.
I have used this method for over 2 decades with great results.
What is Sound Healing?
The healing power of sound dates back to ancient Greece when healing music was used to help alleviate mental disorders
Another important historical example of sound healing goes back to the sound chambers created by the ancient Egyptians in the pyramids.
An overall sense of relaxation naturally occurs during the sound healing session, as the frequency helps to clear the spirit body and tissues. Much like a Reiki treatment, sound healing can help to move and clear out blocked energy from your chakras and energy field in general to bring about optimum health and well being. Anyone who has experienced a traumatic event or challenging emotional time (and who hasn’t), it will leave it’s mark energetically on your chakras and energy field until cleared or transformed.
I utilize several sound healing instruments, including Tibetan Bowls, crystal bowls and tuning forks and to bring the chakras and energy field into balance and alignment.

What should I expect during a sound healing session?
You will lie comfortably on the healing table while Tibetan Bowls or Tuning Forks are used around different areas of your body, as well as over your chakras. You will begin feeling relaxed and at Peace.
What is Emotional Cord Cutting?
From the time we are infants, we have energetic cords of attachments with everyone we know.
This powerful shamanic modality cuts these cords and individuals are able to detach totally from past energetic connections and reconnect fully, without interference, with loved ones. It is like clearing the leaves out of a spring garden so the new flowers can grow.
The energetic cords stay connected and may not serve our highest good or the highest good of others. Depending on the type of attachment we have, these cords can be binding, depending on their intensity. With the emotional cord cutting, you immediately release all energetic attachments and can choose to reconnect or start over.
GOAL: Being “ freed” and moving on in life with new vitality and energy.

If I get a cord cutting, will I be disconnected from my loved ones that I want a connection with?
The old emotional cord will be dissolved and you can choose and intend to reconnect with those you want emotional cord connection. The old(er) stagnant cord will be replaced with a new cord that is free of old stagnant energy.
What is End of Life Paliative Care Reiki
Palliative care (hospice) is a caregiving approach aimed at optimizing quality of life and mitigating suffering among people with serious, complex and often terminal illnesses.
Reiki can help provide the patient (or family member) with calm, peace and often pain reduction.
I have worked with families as they prepare for their loved ones transition in providing Reiki energy to whomever is in deepest need at any given time.
This work is done pro bono for the higher good of the patient and family.
Medical Reiki
Ann is a Certified Medical Reiki Master (CMRM).
Medical Reiki is the practice of bringing the healing power of Reiki into an operating room by a Certified Medical Reiki Master, and transmitting that healing power during surgery while working safely and unobtrusively with the surgical team. Raven Keyes developed Medical Reiki as a new protocol as part of Integrative Medicine. Medical Reiki Masters bring the loving and healing power of Reiki to patients pre/post and during surgery, during medical procedures or other medical needs such as chemotherapy.
Reiki stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system and has been shown to diminish pain, reduce anguish and stress, thereby resulting in better healing and outcomes for the patient.
Coming into the surgical room requires the consent of the primary surgeon, so consent must be obtained before Ann can be present during surgery in the operating room. However, providing Reiki pre and post surgery is very helpful as well-helping with Pain management, shortened healing times, and stress reduction are some of the hallmarks of Reiki.
Reiki Classes
All of us come into this life with the ability to heal.
Acknowledging and claiming this begins your healers journey. Reiki not only enlarges the energetic “channel” in your body so that you can channel more of our life force energy, but you are taught ancient symbols which activate and direct the healing energy.
Ann is a Reiki Master Teacher, and able to teach all levels of Reiki-Reiki I, Reiki II, Reiki III/Master. Classes are best taught in a group setting. No prior experience of any kind is needed prior to taking a Reiki Class.
We are a time in history when alternative methods of healing are being sought out, either as a complement to traditional medicine, or as a holistic means of getting to the root cause of illness or imbalance.
Not only can you treat others with Reiki, but Reiki is a wonderful source for SELF healing. Utilizing Reiki everyday on oneself can bring about spiritual awakening, peace, anxiety and pain control, etc.
What is Home and Space Clearing?
Everything is made up of energy. And, energy leaves an “imprint”. So anything negative or less than ideal (thought, action or emotion) that is brought into a space or your home will become a part of that space until it is cleared.
Cost varies
Cost-price to be discussed with client and will be based on size of home and level of clearing needed. Average home clearing $75-$300.

Do I need to leave my house during a house clearing?
No, it is not necessary to leave while I work.

As a 30-year healer and intuitive, I combine my skills to help my clients become the best version of themselves through deep healing work. By helping clients clear, balance and heal their energy system and chakras, it allows them to connect to their authentic selves and feel joy. If the client is open and interested, I am often able to relay messages from the other side or their higher self that have come through during the session, and I offer spiritual guidance where needed.
My journey into healing work began as a result of trauma 31 years ago. It brings me great joy and I consider it my calling.
